Meet the Mind Behind the Method
Suzanne qualified as a primary school teacher in 2008 and has taught every primary year group from EYFS to Year 6.
After leaving the classroom in 2021 to tutor privately and spend more time with her own family, Suzanne created Suzanne’s How Do You to support families wanting calmer, clearer and more confidence-building maths support at home.
Her warm and approachable teaching style focuses on helping families truly understand maths while building children’s confidence step by step.

Lots of patience and makes learning fun for the kids - highly recommend!!Posted on Google Carla Rawlinson-sadler2 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter is bright but in school was getting bored in maths, and whilst good at English hated writing. I needed a tutor who could stretch her and get her over her writing issues. Plus I wanted to work towards doing the 11 plus. Suzanne has been brilliant and meet every expectation. She also loves going for sessions.Posted on Google George Smith21 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Suzanne is a very caring, helpful and fun tutor.
